This is your time to let your critical thinking skills shine through. We're not a "one and done" environment, so you are on the front lines of building relationships with those carriers as well. You will also be working with our sales department as well as the rest of your logistics team, so an excellent work ethic and communication skills are key.   Worried that you don't know anything about logistics? We will train you! Choptank has a state-of-the-art, award-winning training program crafted to make sure you have all the tools and knowledge you will need to be successful in your new career.
