As a Billing & Customer Service Representative with Choptank Transport, you'll be providing top-tier customer service to carriers, customers, and your Choptank team through efficient billing, plus responsiveness to issues and questions.

  • Process incoming paperwork and invoices from drivers and carriers
  • Answer phones and direct to appropriate teams
  • Communicate in a professional manner with carriers, and our sales and operations teams within Choptank
  • Efficiently resolve any billing issues on any Choptank shipments
  • Be vigilant in the prevention of fraud and process claims issues as needed


  • 1-2 years of billing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Desire to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external teams
  • Energetic and friendly personality
