    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

    • Work closely with management on employee relations opportunities
    • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and employee handbooks
    • Administer the performance management program
    • Administer all aspects of the employee benefits plans and also leave programs such as FMLA
    • Assist in the preperation of our incentive compensation plans
    • Completion of all regulatory reports

    WHAT WE REQUIRE

    • Minimum of five years of HR experience in a generalist role
    • 3 years of benefits administration experience with a mid-sized to large company
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification OR the drive and willingness to attain this certification within the next two years
