  • Overview

    Are you a friendly, high energy team player that enjoys working with people? The Client Service Associate will ensure every customer calling or emailing Choptank's Accounting Department receives OUTSTANDING customer service, while upholding Choptank's customer service standards. You will be communicating with people inside and outside of the company and answering their questions or concerns with a smile. 



    • Provide excellent customer service to our carriers and to our customers! You will also be providing customer service to Choptank personnel
    • Answer incoming calls and emails regarding outstanding unbilled invoices and other customer questions
    • Assist callers with their questions or concerns to the best of your ability
    • Act as a liaison between the carrier, the customer and our logistics department
    • Process emails, faxes and other necessary paperwork 



    • Basic billing experience
    • Minimum of one year of outstanding customer service 
    • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
    • Desire to work in a fast pace environment
    • Tech Savvy - Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook
    • Self Starter - You will be expected to perform under little supervision under strict deadlines
    • Passionate about helping our customers
    • Experience with imaging software desired but not required
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
